Wyoming, MN - (August 11, 2008) - Rosenbauer America recently delivered a severe-duty industrial pumper to a Canadian oil sands upgrading facility in the Alberta province's industrial heartland area outside Fort Saskatchewan, north of Edmonton.

Wyoming, MN - (July 14, 2008) - Rosenbauer has delivered a 20' walk-around, heavy-duty rescue truck to the Village of Maybrook Fire Department in Orange County, NY.

Wyoming, MN - (July 7, 2008) - Rosenbauer has begun delivery of nine medium-duty walk-around rescue vehicles to the Georgia Emergency Management Agency.

Lyons, SD - July 7, 2008):  Rosenbauer America is pleased to announce its expansion into eastern Canadian markets through the appointment of Areo-Feu/Areo-Fire of Longueuil, QC as the company's dealer for the provinces of Quebec, New Brunswick and Labrador. Areo-Feu will also cover portions of northern Ontario from north of Kingston westward to Sault Saint Marie.  

The appointment of Areo-Feu became effective May 10, 2008.

Lyons, SD - (June 27, 2008) - Rosenbauer has begun delivery of 45 specialized pumpers to Istanbul, Turkey through a cooperative effort with specialty chassis builder DMK International LC of Macomb, MI.

Lyons, SD - (June 27, 2008) - Rosenbauer America is pleased to announce the appointment of EVS Firefighting Technology of Broward County, FL as the company's dealer for part of Florida. Fire Fighting Innovations, led by its president, Bob Milnes, continues to handle Miami-Dade, Putman, Gilchrest, Lee and Charlotte counties, as well as the Florida panhandle.

Lyons, SD - (June 25, 2008) - Rosenbauer America broke ground on its new 24,000 square foot expansion in November of 2007. Now, after six months, the new offices, fabrication areas and fire truck showroom are complete.

Lyons, SD (June 24, 2008) - As part of a county-wide training exercise, Rosenbauer America, the fire apparatus manufacturer located in Lyons, SD, allowed nearly 120 of the county's fire fighters to set its grain elevator ablaze in order to make more room for future expansions.
